Member Eligibility

• Duplicate accounts that are found will be suspended and balances may be forfeited.
• You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place in your account.
• Your password must be kept strictly confidential and must not be shared with any other party.
• Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to the royal47 support team immediately.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the royal47 platform are subject to the following terms. The minimum deposit for all supported payment methods is RM10. The minimum withdrawal is RM100. Withdrawals are usually processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

Deposit and withdrawal methods accepted by royal47 include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX online banking, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.

• Transactions suspected of being related to money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Deposits made through a third party will not be accepted and will be returned minus processing costs.
• The currency used in all transactions is Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR).

Bonuses and Promotions

royal47 offers various promotions to registered members. The welcome bonus is 150% on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount received before any withdrawal can be processed.

For example, if you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM150, bringing your balance to RM250. The wagering requirement to be met is RM150 × 15 = RM2,250. If you deposit RM800, the bonus received is RM500 (the maximum cap), bringing your balance to RM1,300, with a wagering requirement of RM500 × 15 = RM7,500.

• Only one welcome bonus is allowed per account, device or IP address.
• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash without meeting the wagering requirements.
• royal47 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus obtained through illegitimate means or in breach of these terms.
• The royal47 VIP Programme offers weekly cashback: Bronze tier up to 0.3%, Silver tier up to 0.7%, and Gold tier up to 1.0%.
• Eligibility for other promotions will be communicated via email or platform notifications.

Game Rules

All games available on the royal47 platform — including online slots, live casino, sportsbook, baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo and sports betting — are run according to the rules set by their respective game providers. Members are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing.

• Game results are final and cannot be disputed without concrete evidence of a technical error.
